This is the moment that will make or break the continuity of the festival. The support of the entire community is vital at this stage. This is when the new ideas come up; without which no festival can succeed. And this is the time that people need to come forward with offers to play their part. We need to show that Smithfield is capable of staging another highly successful festival.
BibberChill 2008 was considered a great success – 2009 has to be at least as good. But that depends on how much effort the community puts into it. Do not simply leave it to others – do your bit for the good of the town. Monday’s meeting will be held at 17.00 at the Pigout Restaurant. Everybody, and that means EVERYBODY, is welcome.
